    Banana Peanut Butter Wrap

    Banana Peanut Butter Wrap is the perfect for breakfast!  I love bananas and peanut butter. But I love them together even more! This is a great wrap that you can have for breakfast or as a snack. My boys love having them as an after school. Packed full of protein and healthy carbs this can be a breakfast to really sustain you until your next meal.

    Banana Peanut Butter Wrap is the perfect way to eat clean for breakfast!

    All you need to make this wonderful wrap is 4 ingredients! A banana, peanut butter, cinnamon and a tortilla (using a whole wheat or low carb tortilla would be best). You can also use a gluten free tortilla.

    Spread 2-3 Tablespoons of peanut butter on your tortilla.

    Next sprinkle some cinnamon on top of the peanut butter (natural peanut butter or any nut butter (Melissa loves Almond Butter would be best for clean eating. You can put a little or a lot 🙂 Cinnamon helps regulate blood sugar too!

    Now all you have to do is place your banana in the middle, roll it up and enjoy!

    Ingredients

    • 1 banana
    • 2-3 Tablespoons of peanut butter
    • cinnamon
    • 1 flour or whole wheat flour tortilla

    Instructions

    • Spread peanut butter on tortilla.
    • Sprinkle with cinnamon - use to your liking.
    • Place banana on top and roll up.
    • Enjoy!
