    This Barbecue Jack Chicken Recipe is AMAZING! It is so easy to make and one of the most delicious dinner recipes you can make on the grill or in the oven.

    Barbecue Jack Chicken Recipe

    This recipe is perfect for busy weeknights and the entire family will enjoy this this easy recipe. It is also nice for company and is crowd pleaser for sure! You can easily use a low carb/sugar free BBQ sauce to make this a Keto Friendly Recipe. 

    Once you give this recipe a try you will be happy that you did! It is so easy to prepare. My family loves this easy recipe that is perfect for dinner on busy nights. Also great for a family BBQ. It goes great with Cole slow or roasted Balsamic Grilled Asparagus.

    This Barbecue Jack Chicken Recipe is AMAZING! It is so easy to make and one of the most delicious dinner recipes you can make on the grill or in the oven.

    Ingredients

    • 4 whole boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)
    • 4 whole slices pepper Jack cheese
    • 1 cup barbecue sauce

    Instructions

    • Carefully cut a pocket in each chicken breast half. 
    • Fill with cheese; secure with metal or soaked wooden skewers.
    • Grill chicken, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 inches from the heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or a meat thermometer reads 170°, basting frequently with barbecue sauce.

    To prepare carefully cut a pocket in each chicken breast half. Fill with cheese and secure with metal or soaked wooden skewer or toothpick.

    Next you simply grill the chicken, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or a meat thermometer reads 170°, basting frequently with barbecue sauce.
