- 5-6 lb butt pork roast
- 1 cup chicken broth
- salt and pepper for seasoning
- Place roast in slow cooker.
- Pour in chicken broth.
- Season with salt and pepper on top, you can use little or more depending on your taste.
- Put lid on crockpot and cook on low 9-12 hours or longer if desired.
- Serve and enjoy!
Easy Freeze Slow Cooker Directions: Simply dump all your ingredients into a freezer bag. Freeze. When ready to cook thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Dump ingredients into the slow cooker and cook on low for 9-12 hours.
