Blueberry Oatmeal is full of tasty goodness and perfect for breakfast or brunch. A great clean way to start the day!
Lately I have been eating oatmeal for breakfast as part of a healthy lifestyle and incorporating clean eating into my life. But I will admit that eating plain oatmeal is kind of bland. So to make it taste better I have been adding a lot of different toppings to make my choices endless. The morning I made blueberry oatmeal I had some scrumptious blueberries in my fridge and decided to put them on top. I am so glad that I did because this was one of the better toppings I had enjoyed.
- 1 cup oatmeal prepared
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup blueberries
Stir honey and cinnamon into oatmeal.
Stir until blended well.
Sprinkle blueberries on top.
Serve and enjoy!
For extra blueberry flavor add some mashed up blueberries while cooking.
