When I was ready to prepare dinner I removed the squash from the slow cooker and let it cool on a plate for 15 minutes. Next I cut it open, scooped out the middle and using a fork I shredded the squash. Next I dolloped a couple scoops of Alfredo sauce in each squash halve and mixed it together with the squash noodles.
Then I layered on some mozzarella cheese, sprinkled with garlic powder and parsley flakes. Then they went under the broiler for a few minutes until the cheese was melted and bubbly. Be sure to try Cheesy Alfredo Spaghetti Squash because you will not be disappointed!
