No Bake Cherry Cheesecake In A Jar is perfect for summer parties. I love anything that you can prepare in advance that is no bake for summer. Are you looking for individual desserts to serve at your next party or holiday?
I love serving desserts in ball canning jars. It makes the desserts easy to serve and I know I have enough when I make individual serving portions. Not only that they are adorable!
First start by crushing your graham crackers with a rolling pin or food processor. You could easily use gluten free graham crackers.
Combine with butter and then press into the bottom of the jar to form the crust.
After you prepare your filling place it into a zippered bag to then fill your jars with ease.
Finally decorate the jar with the fruit topping of your choice. I chose Cherry but you could use Blueberry, Peach, Blackberry. The sky is really the limit! Then add raffia or ribbon of your choice. You are ready to serve these delicious desserts!
Did you know that you can freeze cream cheese? It works great and saves money! I like to purchase cream cheese in bulk on sale and stockpile it for recipes. Check out this post Can You Freeze Cream Cheese to find out how! This is a great money saving tip!

I am helping out with a bake sale and would love to make these but I need to know how long can these sit out @ room temp?
Melissa@StockpilingMoms
I wouldn't suggest these for a back sale unless they are in ice.

Can you use plain yogurt instead of heavy cream?
Melissa@StockpilingMoms
You could sub with greek yogurt because it is thicker.

Can these be made as party favors? Do they need to refrigeratated ? How many days ahead can you make these?
Melissa@StockpilingMoms
It does need to be refrigerated. It would be a great party favor but be sure to keep refrigerated and that guests are going home to refrigerate. They can be made 2-3 days in advance.
Joanne
Can these be frozen with the cherry topping?
Melissa@StockpilingMoms
We have never frozen them. I am not sure what the quality would be.
