- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup shredded brussels sprouts
- 1 cup Kale, chopped
- 1 cup Napa cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup Green Leaf Lettuce, chopped
- 5 stems green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/4 cup crunchy noodles
- 1 bottle Simple Girl Citrus Ginger Dressing
Combine all vegetables (kale, lettuce, brussels sprouts, cabbage, carrots, and onions) and toss until well-combined.
Top with chicken, crunchy noodles, and a drizzle of Citrus Ginger salad dressing.
This makes 4 servings at around 2 cups each.
