Recently I went to visit my family at the campground while they were spending the weekend with friends. One of my brother’s friend, Dawn made this delicious crockpot recipe and I just had to share it with everyone because it is that good and of course because you can make it in your slow cooker! To prepare simply line the slow cooker with foil and spray with non-stick spray (this is important to make the potatoes crisp). Place a 1/3 of the potatoes in the crockpot and sprinkle a 1/3 of the cheese and ranch mix on top, repeat two more layers. Place the lid on slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours. Serve and enjoy! This recipe is simple and easy to make and everyone will love it!
