DIY Green Tea Detox Bath that will help you relax and rejuvenate at the same time!

This easy DIY Green Tea Detox Bath will make you feel so relaxed and rejuvenated.  I think this would be the perfect gift for Mother's Day. I easily was able to enjoy this detox bath because I had all the ingredients at home.  A week ago, over the weekend my youngest son who is six, was admitted to the hospital for pneumonia.  I have been extremely exhausted and needed a Mommy bath break. So while Daddy was sitting with him off to the bath tub I went.  Be sure to try this easy recipe for some relaxation!

    DIY Green Tea Detox Bath

First start with the filling the bath tub with hot water (what is comfortable for you) and add in 1 cup espom salt, 1 cup baking soda and 2 green tea bags (I used loose leaf tea that I had in my cabinet - 2 tsp).  Be sure that the espom salt dissolves in the water.

Next get in the tub and relax for 20 minutes. Now the important part is to make sure that prior to doing this detox you drink plenty of fluids. A detox bath can make you dehydrated as it removes all the toxins from your body.
