Easy, No Fail Turkey Meatloaf recipe tastes so good and is healthier for you!
- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 1 large egg
- 1 whole onion finely chopped
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
- dash salt and pepper to taste
- Sauce Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1/3 cup ketchup
Preheat oven to 350.
In a large bowl combine the ground turkey, egg, onion, milk, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
Using hands form into a loaf and place in a lightly greased 9X13 in baking dish.
Sprinkle top with another dash of salt and pepper.
In a separate bowl combine brown sugar, mustard and ketchup.
Pour over the top of the meatloaf, spreading evenly.
Sprinkle a little bit of brown sugar over the top of sauce.
Cover with foil and bake for about one hour or until cooked through.
