This is a great recipe for Easy Potato Candy that can be made in 10 minutes!  Perfect for last minute parties or to take to a Christmas party.  It is also quite tasty and makes you want to just keep eating it.

Easy Potato Candy recipe that has only 4 ingredients! So yummy!

My hubby loves peanut butter treats and this one is at the top of his favorites.  In this recipe there are no potatoes, but in many others you do add them.  But this one is easier and quicker to make, which is right up my alley.  Be sure to try Easy Potato Candy, you will not be disappointed!

My Mom used to make this for me ever since I can remember!! She even sat me down once or twice and showed me how but, being a kid it didn't stick. For years after she passed I wanted to make it again but was uncertain of the exact ingredients - and all I could ever find was "potato peanut butter candy" - and I KNOW she never used potatoes!! So thank you for bringing this back to me after so many years!!!
