This Easy Pulled Pork Crockpot Recipe is very simple with only 4 ingredients! I love that you only need a few items for this tasty recipe, but what I love the most is it only takes a few minutes to put in the crockpot and the longer it cooks the better. So I can put it in the slow cooker at 7 in the morning and not worry about it being over done come dinner time.
Start by putting a pork roast in your crockpot. Next add the apple cider vinegar and sprinkle the black pepper all over the pork. Finally just pour the sauce content of Campbell’s Slow Cooker Sauces – Apple Bourbon Pulled Pork. If you don’t have this sauce on hand simply use 1 bottle of Apple Bourbon BBQ Sauce or any BBQ Sauce, 1 TBSP of Bourbon and 1/2 cup of applesauce. I often times like to use pre-packaged sauces to keep busy nights easy but I always add a little of my own flair to the recipe too. Place the lid on and let the crockpot do it’s thing. Be sure to try Easy Pulled Pork Crockpot Recipe, you will not be disappointed!
You can serve this easy pulled pork crockpot recipe with mashed potatoes, corn and cole slaw. Regardless of how you serve it you will be happy you gave this one a try.
