Easy Slow Cooker Apple, Pork and Onion Meal tastes amazing and you only need 3 ingredients!

This Easy Slow Cooker Apple, Pork and Onion Meal tastes amazing and you only need 3 ingredients! This delicious crockpot meal is full of flavor with very few items needed. All you need is pork chops, sliced apples and a sliced onion. Yep, only 3 ingredients to make this easy recipe.  It is a really affordable recipe that can feed a large crowd when doubled. I like to make this when I find pork chops on sale or on managers special.

Season the pork chops if desired with salt and pepper.  Place the pork chops in bottom of the slow cooker. Next, sprinkle apple and onion slices on top of pork. Place lid on and let cook on low for 8 hours. Serve and enjoy! This recipe reminds me of fall.  If you like to go apple picking and have apples on hand this would be a great recipe for you to use them.

Easy Slow Cooker Apple, Pork and Onion Meal tastes amazing and you only need 3 ingredients!

If you want to prepare this as a freezer meal simply dump all of the ingredients into a gallon size ziploc bag and freeze.  When you are ready to cook simply place the bag into the refrigerator and thaw overnight.  In the morning, place the contents of the bag into the slow cooker and cover.  Cook on low for 8 hours. It is that simple.

I like to serve Old Fashioned Mashed Potatoes along side the tasty pork, apple and onions.  You can also serve with noodles, rice or veggies. I hope your family enjoys this tasty Easy Slow Cooker, Apple, Pork and Onion Meal as much as we did. This is a very affordable recipe that the whole family will love.  I hope you enjoy making it as much as I did.
