Gingered Fruit Salad

Ingredients
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 quart strawberries
- 1 mango
- 3 kiwi
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 TBSP honey
- 3 drops of ginger oil or 1 tsp ground ginger
Instructions

Wash and dry fruit

Slice Mango, Strawberries and Kiwi

Add Blueberries

In a bowl whisk lime juice, honey and ginger oil

Add to fruit

Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours

Serve cold
