    Gingered Fruit Salad is the most delicious fruit salad you will ever eat!

    Gingered Fruit Salad tastes amazing! I love how light and fresh this recipe is!  You can serve Gingered Fruit Salad with a chicken breast and rice for a light and fresh dinner or serve it alone for breakfast!  I like to enjoy this one before or after a workout! Every time I serve this easy recipe people rave about how good it is. Everyone asks for the recipe. Gingered Fruit Salad is the most delicious fruit salad you will ever eat! You have got to give this recipe a try! It is a nice addition to any brunch or party menu.

     

     

    Gingered Fruit Salad

    Ingredients

    • 1 pint blueberries
    • 1 quart strawberries
    • 1 mango
    • 3 kiwi
    • ¼ cup lime juice
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 3 drops of ginger oil or 1 teaspoon ground ginger

    Instructions

    • Wash and dry fruit
    • Slice Mango, Strawberries and Kiwi
    • Add Blueberries
    • In a bowl whisk lime juice, honey and ginger oil
    • Add to fruit
    • Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours
    • Serve cold
