Today we are sharing with you a Heart Healthy Baking Tip. It is a simple exchange and really makes your baked goods moist! Simply substitute applesauce for your oil in your recipes. Use an equal substitute when baking. This is great way to cut fats from your baked goods and produce a moist baked good! I always substitute the oil in baking.
