If you're going to cook some right away do you still need to flash freeze for an hour first?

No just if you are flash freezing.

So simple a recipe to follow. Thanks for making it so easy to make a favorite that me and the kids have grown to like. The usual potato fries have become a bland.

I like my sweet potato fries extra crispy with Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning.

Thank you so much for this recipe!
Would I be able to create chips if I leave them in the oven long enough? Or would one need oil?

I was so happy to find this recipe. If you saw how many sweet potatoes I have you'd understand why! A friend picked up a whole truck load. We've been sharing with everyone, I'll share this website also.

Do I thaw the fries when I want them again or can I just put them in the oven?

      Good morning Stockpiling moms family..
I just became a new member and thrilled to finally fine homemade French fries that do not need tons of ingredients and can be frozen until we want them ..
I’m a stay at home mom /wife to a wonder husband and our 10 year old daughter who’s the apple of our eyes and who’s developmentally disabled and independent too..( she’s doing great )..
We are trying to make better choices of eating for us both and easier meals to send with her to school ( she’s not a picky eater and we do have healthy lunches at her school )..
But with debt as raising a family especially one of special needs , we are exercising and losing weight but would be so pleased to find homemade meals that are easy and freezer friendly too but can be for all of us and easy on our monthly grocery budget 🙏

      God bless
