Easy Taco Salad is the perfect lunch for busy days.

Here is a simple way to make a Taco Salad using a Taco Kit. Sometimes you need something quick for busy days. This is one of my favorite and simple ways to make sure I am getting protein and carbs during lunch. Easy Taco Salad is the perfect lunch for busy days.

Prepare the taco meat and taco shells according to the directions on your package. Then shred some lettuce and place on your plate or bowl. Then take 2 taco shells and crumble on top of the lettuce. Next add your taco meat and cheese. You can also add sour cream, tomatoes, salsa or your favorite toppings and then ENJOY!

This is a great way for me to enjoy a Taco Salad while making tacos for my boys!

You can use any taco kit. I used Old El Paso because it is what I had in my stockpile that I had used coupons to buy.
