Keto Classic Salad Recipe is a very simple salad mix that anyone can make! I sometimes will go to my local grocery store and make a salad from the bar. It is so easy to keep it low carb and keto to help me stay on track. Sunflower seeds, eggs, and peas are so me of my favorite toppings. There is nothing better than a great salad and I crave them often. There are so many different things you can put on your salad. If you are eating healthier be very conscious of what you are adding. - 1 1/2 cups lettuce
- 1/2 cup spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/3 cup shredded red cabbage
- 2 hard boiled eggs sliced
- 3 Tbsp sunflower seeds
- 4 Tbsp peas
- lemon juice in place of salad dressing optional
- Add all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!
