Keto Classic Salad Recipe is a very simple salad mix that anyone can make! I sometimes will go to my local grocery store and make a salad from the bar. It is so easy to keep it low carb and keto to help me stay on track. I like to add all my favorites and of course you can change things up and add and omit what you personally want. I personally love sunflower seeds, peas and add a ton on, but you can add as little or as much as you want when making. Be sure to give Keto Classic Salad Recipe a try, you will not be disappointed!
Keto Classic Salad Recipe
- 1 1/2 cups lettuce
- 1/2 cup spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/3 cup shredded red cabbage
- 2 hard boiled eggs sliced
- 3 Tbsp sunflower seeds
- 4 Tbsp peas
- lemon juice in place of salad dressing optional
- Add all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!
