My three boys who are 15, 10 and 4 years old love making these delicious Mallow Treat Bars with me. This recipe is perfect for summer fun and will also be a delicious after school treat during the school year too!
My oldest son will handle melting the butter and marshmallows on the stove top. While my 10 year old and 4 year old measure out the cereal into a bowl and grease the baking dish with butter. They have so much fun giggling and talking in the kitchen as they make the simple dessert treat bars.

Mallow Treat Bars
- 5 cups Mom's Best Cereal Mallow Cereal
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 10 oz pkg mini marshmallows
- Melt butter and marshmallows in pot over low heat until smooth.
- Combine marshmallow mixture with cereal in bowl.
- Spoon cereal mixture into a greased 13X9 pan (we used butter)
- Let cool then cut into bars and serve.
