Disclosure:  I was provided a 7 night stay to review this property however all opinions are 100% our own.

Orlando Vacation Home Rental near Disney World – Global Resorts Homes Review

We had the opportunity to travel to Orlando, FL before my open heart surgery and spend our fall break at a Global Resort Homes property in exchange for a review. We stayed in a gorgeous 5 bedroom home at 7769 Teascone Blvd in Windsor Hills Resort. It was only minutes away from Walt Disney World and was the perfect location for our family vacation.  I will be honest with you that this is the first time that we have traveled to Orlando that we didn't stay on Disney property and were really nervous to see if we would like it or not.

When we arrived at the check in at Global Resort Homes office we were welcomed with a warm smile and fresh baked cookies! Peyton was in heaven! Next we checked into our Orlando Vacation Home Rental.  It was in excellent condition, clean and spacious!  We were thrilled!  Still hoping that this location would work for us being off property we spent the day enjoying the homes amenities.

Orlando Vacation Home Rental near Disney World – Global Resorts Homes Review:

The home features not one but TWO king size master suites!  This would be awesome if you are sharing the home with another family or if Grandparents were sharing the home.  The king beds were comfortable and they each had a huge walk in closet and spacious bathroom.  In addition the home featured three additional bed rooms.  One was a full size and the other two had 2 twin size beds.  All of the bedrooms had their own private bath!  The house sleeps 10 easily in the bedrooms alone!

Peyton enjoyed the private pool and recreation room the most!  He spent most of his time between the two.  I loved that the pool was safe.  There was a child safety fence between the house and the pool and I also loved the screen!  It came in really handy to keep bugs and geckos out 🙂  The Orlando Vacation Home Rental also included a washer and dryer.  That was extremely nice because we didn't have to pack as much and were able to do laundry while we were there.  It is nice to be able to come home with a clean suitcase of clothes.

Windsor Hills Resort also features a gorgeous community pool complete with children's water slide!  They have a nice recreation room which included an affordable arcade and pool tables.  The community also features an amazing community park for all the guests. It has a castle theme that is surrounded by a sand moat that features a huge sea dragon creature. With lots of areas to play and run it is a great place to let the kids burn off their extra energy before bedtime!  They also have a life-sized checker board which was a lot of fun to play!

In terms of location the Orlando Vacation Home Rental near Disney World was literally 5 minutes away!  It was an amazing location in terms of visiting Disney World and Sea World!  We were able to come and go from the parks to cool off and eat at our home and it saved us a lot of money and several melt downs.  I would highly recommend Global Resort Homes and this property!  In the end we enjoyed staying off property more than staying on property which we would have never thought!  We didn't feel the pressure to be at a park every day and were able to relax and enjoy the amenities that the Windsor Hills Resort and our Orlando Vacation Home Rental had to offer!

If you are looking for an Orlando vacation home rental that will give you space and the comfort of being at home visit Global Resort Homes. You can find the size of home your family will need from condos to 7 bedroom homes! Be sure to follow Global Resort Homes on Facebook where they post specials offers and deals too!

Be sure to check out this video that I shot with Global Resort Homes while I was there.

I've heard about Global Resorts, and it looks absolutely fantastic! We love the Orlando area, and any place to stay that has room for all of us - and fun stuff for the kids to do - is the way to go!

I love the 2 King size suites. That is great when families/couples are traveling together. Plus the extra bedrooms for the kids or teenagers to share.

A pool in the back would be great! Whether folks not going to the theme park or daily activities. Or "something else" instead of video games or movie watching for the little ones.

Thanks for sharing the information about Global Resorts Home. We are looking for a house to rent for this year's vacation.

We rented a condo in Windsor Hills in 2011 and are going back in April of this year. WE LOVE the resort and how close it is to Disney. I would not even consider staying on Disney property after experiencing Windsor Hills!

The home looked gorgeous! I think I almost like staying in a house better than being in 1 big hotel room! Room to space out and unpack! 🙂

Wow! This place is beautiful! We stayed in St. Augustine in a property and it was so neat. I will have to check out Global Resorts for our next Florida trip this fall.
