All you need to make this yummy dessert recipe is 2 cups Fat-Free Frozen Whipped Topping (thawed), 1 package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix, 1 can solid pack pumpkin and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. You can pick up the ingredients for less than $10 when on sale this fall! Often times for much less.
Prepare in a large bowl, by mixing together the instant vanilla pudding mix, pumpkin, and pumpkin pie spice. Fold in the thawed frozen whipped topping to the mixture. - 2 cups Fat-Free Frozen Whipped Topping thawed

- 1 can solid pack pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
In a large bowl, mix together instant vanilla pudding mix, pumpkin, and pumpkin pie spice.
Fold in the thawed frozen whipped topping.
Chill in the refrigerator until serving
