Pumpkin Pie Pancakes are so fluffy and delicious. The perfect fall breakfast recipe!

I was getting ready to make breakfast on a Sunday for my boys when I realized that we were low on milk. Hmmm, what could I use instead and that is when I saw the International Delight Creamer and thought BINGO. I had no idea if this would work or how the pancakes would turn out but this turned into a happy moment for my family.

I simply followed the package instructions on the box of Bisquick and for my liquid I used Pumpkin Pie International Delights Creamer! Then I followed the traditional directions and prepared pancakes on the griddle. Wow, they turned out light and fluffy and delicious. My husband said he couldn't believe how much they tasted like Pumpkin Pie. Best of all, no complaints from my son. The pancakes looked "normal" and my son had NO idea. In fact, he ate three!

I chose to top their pancakes with maple syrup, whipped topping and a sprinkle of cinnamon. They turned out to be one of their new favorite fall breakfasts and best of all they are so easy to make. This is the perfect breakfast for a Fall brunch. I hope you enjoy this easy recipe for Pumpkin Pie Pancakes and that your family enjoys it as much as mine did. Best of all they can easily be made gluten free by using gluten free bisquick!
