This easy to make Shrimp Salad is perfect for a healthy lunch or a low carb dinner. It is so simple and you can customize it to have all your favorite salad ingredients in it. At the store in the frozen seafood section you can find a small bag that is labeled salad shrimp. At my grocery store it is only $1.99 and I can make 4 salads from it. This salad is great for on the go for work, soccer games or picnic’s.
In my salad I used spinach leaves because they are my favorite, but you can use any lettuce you want for your base. I then topped with mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, bell pepper slices and fresh lemon juice. Next I added the shrimp on top and my salad was ready in less than five minutes! Shrimp Salad is perfect for Lent season! Feel free to use any dressing that you like! This is a great salad if you are following the Keto Diet.
- 1 pkg Salad Shrimp can find in the frozen section
- lettuce or spinach leaves
- mushroom slices
- bell pepper slices
- shredded mozzarella cheese
- lemon juice
Put lettuce on plate.
Next put your favorite toppings on (use how much you desire).
Sprinkle lemon juice over everything.
