This Slow Cooker Chicken Alfredo Freezer Meal recipe is a pasta favorite! If you love pasta dishes as much as me, then you will definitely need to give this one a try. I prepared this freezer meal in an afternoon when doing a total of 15 crockpot freezer meals for my family's dinners.
I wanted to make a bunch of prep ahead meals for my family. It is so nice to not have to worry about what's for dinner, when life can be so hectic and busy. This easy chicken crockpot recipe has been my youngest son's favorite out of all the slow cooker meals and it will definitely be added to our regular menu plan. I served the delicious Slow Cooker Chicken Alfredo Freezer Meal over fettuccine noodles with hot, fresh garlic bread. - 2 cans 14 oz each Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 Italian Dressing Mix packet
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups water
- 4-6 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- Label freezer bag with cooking instructions and date.
- Place everything in the bag.
- Freeze bag in the freezer until ready to use.
- Thaw in fridge over night.
- Dump bag into slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Scoop over noodles.
- Serve and enjoy!
