This  Slow Cooker Chicken Alfredo Freezer Meal recipe is a pasta favorite! If you love pasta dishes as much as me, then you will definitely need to give this one a try.  I prepared this freezer meal in an afternoon when doing a total of 15 crockpot freezer meals for my family's dinners.

I wanted to make a bunch of prep ahead meals for my family. It is so nice to not have to worry about what's for dinner, when life can be so hectic and busy. Plus as a bonus, I save a lot of money on the grocery budget by prepping and planning out the meals.  Check out 15 Slow Cooker Freezer Meals in 90 minutes!

This easy chicken crockpot recipe has been my youngest son's favorite out of all the slow cooker meals and it will definitely be added to our regular menu plan.  I served the delicious Slow Cooker Chicken Alfredo Freezer Meal over fettuccine noodles with hot, fresh garlic bread. I used my 6 QT Green Bay Packers crockpot because I am a cheese head, loud and proud. Click here to get one --->Green Bay.

I seriously need to do this for my husband. This is his favorite meal, and a lot of times he does NOT plan in advance when it comes to food - so he is always stuck thinking - WHAT DO I EAT that doesn't take hours to make!

This is the best meal ever! I've never put the cream cheese in at the beginning, how much easier! And, I don't want to sound snooty, but cream of chicken alone is not my favorite! I use a can of the blended cream of chicken and mushroom and a can of cream of mushroom. Lazy days I make rice in my rice cooker and serve it over that! This a 100% perfect dish! Thank you!

YUM!! This was really good! I used one can Cream of Mushroom and one can Cream of Chicken. There is the two of us, so there was enough for leftovers. The first night I served over fetuccine noodles with salad and breadsticks. The next night, over rice. I will definitely make this again!

Good. This makes a lot. I used 3 chicken breast since there's only two of us and had plenty leftover. I added flour to it also to thicken it up.

Did you actually freeze the water and the soup and cream cheese? or was some of it added after?

Yes, we actually froze it but you can add the water later for sure!
