Why no pasta sauce in the freezer? I'm cool with it....I'm just curious why. 🙂

I made this last night for my family of 5. We all really enjoyed it. I will definitely make it again. I made it from fresh as I forgot to buy the cottage cheese when I did my bulk buying for the rest of the meals I made. Thank you putting together these recipes AND the grocery list! I omitted the carrots and added a 1/2 pound extra meat. (It was extra from when I browned up my bulk meat.)

in the one picture, the freezer bag has written on it 8 hours low and also 4 hours high. Is that either or?
Gave 4 stars only because it's not "beautiful" on the plate. But it gets 5 starts for taste!

My family are pasta lovers - will affect the recipe to add more noodles (as long as they stay covered by the sauce while they cook)?

What is the difference between "lasagne noodles" and "lasagne sheets"? I'm in the UK, so noodles to me means long thin things like spaghetti. I'm also not sure on the difference between uncooked and oven baked - how do I know what mine are? Thanks.

They are the same 🙂 Your package should state they don't need to be boiled if they are oven baked.

The recipe calls for regular lasagna noodles but the comment above says to use no boil or oven ready. So that means NOT regular noodles? Today I used regular noodles, low on 8 hours and the noodles turned to mush. Any suggestions? I want this recipe to work.

Hey Steph I don't like either of those cheeses either so I usually use cream cheese in their place for lasagna. I haven't tried this exact recipe yet so I'm not sure of it will work.

You just made my heart happy!!! I love lasagna but not all the work... So this is the best of both worlds because there is no layering or precooking involved!!! Awesome 🙂 Can't wait to try this! Thank you SO much!!!

So uncooked noodles in the bag? Won’t they break into pieces when you lay it down in freezer ? Or become soggy while freezing sitting in the tomato’s ect
