This Slow Cooker Garlic Beef Roast has a lot of flavor with very few ingredients. What a great recipe to make when you find fresh garlic on sale or managers special? The best part is, you can leave it in the crockpot for 10 hours and forget about it. No need for checking or adding anything.
Place roast in bottom of the slow cooker. Sprinkle garlic all over. Season with salt and pepper. Place a stick of butter on top and replace the lid. Cook on low for 10 hours.
