This Slow Cooker Garlic Beef Roast recipe is one of my all time favorites to make! But then again I am a huge garlic lover. If you love garlic you will love this one. I add it in most of my recipes. So it’s a good thing that my husband loves it too or I would be in trouble. This easy low carb recipe is so simple with only beef roast, minced garlic, stick of butter with salt and pepper for seasoning.
It has a lot of flavor with very few ingredients. This is a great recipe to make when you find fresh garlic on sale or managers special. That’s all you need! See I told you it is simple and the best part is that you can leave it in the crockpot for 10 hours and forget about it. No need for checking or adding anything.
Place roast in bottom of the slow cooker. Sprinkle garlic all over. Season with salt and pepper if using. Place a stick of butter on top and place the lid on. Cook on low for 10 hours. Remove and shred, then serve. Be sure to give this one a try! I serve my Slow Cooker Garlic Beef Roast with homemade au jus, but it is also good on it’s own! This is a great recipe if you are following the Keto Diet.
