This scrumptious Slow Cooker Hawaiian Pork Chops Recipe recipe is also a great freezer meal! I prepared this meal in an afternoon when doing twenty crockpot freezer meals for my family’s dinners. With end of the school year activities in full swing and summer break coming, I wanted to make a bunch of prep ahead meals that I could make for my family. So I got busy finding and creating recipes so I could take an afternoon and have meals ready to go for my family. This pork crockpot recipe has been one of Cole’s (my oldest son) favorites so far out of all the slow cooker meals. I served the delicious Hawaiian Pork with green beans and Crockpot Baked Potatoes. It would be great to serve with a side salad too. This recipe is naturally gluten free when you use gluten free soy sauce.

Slow Cooker Hawaiian Pork Chops Recipe
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 can pineapple chunks do not drain juice
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Label gallon size freezer bag with name of recipe, date and instructions.
- Place all ingredients in bag and seal.
- Place in freezer.
- To Cook: Thaw overnight in fridge.
- Dump bag in slow cooker.
- Place lid on.
- Cook on low 6 hours.
- Serve over rice and enjoy!
