This scrumptious Slow Cooker Honey Soy Pork Tenderloin Freezer Meal recipe is so good! One of my favorite pork recipes that I have made to date in the crockpot. I love making pork in the slow cooker because it is so versatile in terms of cooking for a longer period of time than chicken, plus I love how you can make such varieties with flavorful spices.
It was so moist and flavorful with such simple ingredients. I prepared this freezer meal in an afternoon when doing 15 crockpot freezer meals for my family’s dinners. With back to school routines being adjusted for my kids and after school activities in full swing around my house, I wanted to make a bunch of prep ahead meals that I could make for my family’s dinners for the next two weeks.
So I got busy finding and creating recipes so I could take an afternoon and have dinner meals ready to go for my family. Slow Cooker Honey Soy Pork Tenderloin
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 4 TBSP Steak Seasoning
- 1/2 TSP Garlic Powder
- 1/8 TSP Ground Ginger
- 1/8 TSP Red Pepper Flakes
- 2-3 lb Pork Tenderloin
- Label freezer bag with cooking instructions and date.
- Place everything in the bag.
- Freeze bag in the freezer until ready to use.
- Thaw in fridge over night.
- Dump bag into slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans.
