Spinach Bars are easy appetizer recipe to make and our family loves them. A great way to sneak a few veggies into your families mouth too! In fact this is one of my husbands favorites and he is not a fan of spinach.
I always put my spinach in a pan and cook until thawed and always remember to squeeze all the water out of spinach before mixing it. Regardless whether you put it in a pot or not you have to squeeze the excess water out. I heat it up so I won’t freeze my hands. This is a great tip for this recipe!
This recipe is even good made a day in advance and reheats well! It is good for brunch too! My mother in law passed this recipe to me and it is one of our family favorites. She always makes it for holiday gatherings.
