I made this St. Patrick's Day Lucky You Lunch for Peyton and wanted to share it with you. It is always fun to celebrate with your little ones.
For this lunch I made a Clover shaped pizza using a cookie cuter and pita bread. I toasted it and added a little sauce and feta cheese and finished it off with some parsley for color and then toasted it. He LOVED it.
I decided to use green as my theme so I added a sliced Kiwi, veggie chips, single serve Wholly Guacamole, GoGoSqueez, a green apple Clif Zfruit rope and I added a drop of natural green food coloring to his milk (you can use natural coloring to avoid dye or traditional food coloring if desired) or you could do this St. Patrick’s Day Punch. He was thrilled with his St. Patrick's Day Lucky You lunch.
