I am in love with this light and fresh Strawberry Mango Smoothie recipe. It is perfect for breakfast on the go or a healthy snack! You can use coconut or Greek yogurt if you prefer! I personally like freezing my fruit so that I don't have to use ice. This is a delicious and good for you Paleo and Gluten Free fruit smoothie! It is perfect this month because Mango are in season! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
Strawberry Mango Smoothie - Weight Watchers Points Plus = 2 Points
Be sure to give this healthy treat a try. It is so refreshing after a workout or when you are relaxing by the pool in the summer.
- 1 cup Vanilla Yogurt
- ½ cup Almond or Coconut Milk
- 1 ½ cup Strawberries
- 1 cup diced Mango
- 1 cup Ice if you use frozen fruit you can eliminate the ice
- optional: 1 teaspoon honey
- optional: ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Mix on high until smooth.
