We use sugar-free mixes by Pillsbury on a regular basis.  They really lower the points values on recipes and are a great semi-homemade way to manage cooking and baking. Get your kids involved in helping you measure out ingredients and mix the dough.  You can even use something like a melon baller to have them help scoop the dough onto the cookie sheets!

This recipe is a great addition to your snack options.  Children love having cookies on hand after school, and you'll love knowing you don't have to feel guilty about sharing a cookie!  You can try this with just about any sugar-free cake mix recipe, but we prefer this specific brownie mix as it is rich and ends up with the best chewy cookies.

I think these are great! They stuck, a little, to the parchment paper, but I took them off the pan right away and they looked great! I broke them up with sugar free whipped cream and they were yummy!!!!
