- 3 cups (8 oz) rotini past, cooked, drained and rinse with cold water
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- ½ cup chopped red pepper
- ½ cup chopped red onion
- ½ cup pitted black olives, sliced, drained and rinse with cold water
- 1 cup Zesty Italian Dressing
- Toss all ingredients except dressing in a large bowl. Add dressing and mix lightly together. Refrigerate for several hours or best overnight.
