    As you know, we love planning ahead.  That's why these great keto diet breakfast recipes are so great.  You can make almost all of these in advance for easy on-the-go breakfasts.  When you have kids at home and are scrambling to get ready in the morning, that is a huge bonus!

    Check out these great microwave egg makers and our favorite easy method for making bacon in the oven.  These will make your meal prep even easier to manage!  If you plan to make some of these items in advance and store in your refrigerator or freezer, I highly recommend using these glass food storage containers that are dishwasher, oven, microwave, and freezer safe.

    Keto Breakfast Tips: 

    As someone who loves bacon and eggs, I can still get tired of eating the same thing every day.  Variety will help you stay focused on keto and will help you continue to drop the weight.  One of the best tips I have is to continually plan ahead.  That often means mixing things up a bit in your routine.  If bacon and eggs are not working for you anymore, then use another protein.  Ham, chicken, turkey, or beef can all be eaten at any meal.  Many individuals prefer to prepare things like pot roast, grilled chicken, or salmon in large batches then portion out for easy meals anytime.  Add some grilled chicken, cheese, and avocado into a keto-friendly tortilla and you have a great easy on the go meal for breakfast or lunch!
