    I like to double these recipes so that I have extra for lunches when I am menu planning.  It is a nice way to cook once and eat twice which saves me time in the kitchen. You can easily eat off of one of these recipes for multiple meals if you are eating Keto for one.  I personally like to make a meal the whole family will enjoy when I am eating Keto because it saves me time and money. Plus I don't like feeling like a short order cook 😉
