This Blackberry Coconut Smoothie is perfect for an afternoon treat. Over the weekend I enjoyed this delicious smoothie after working for a couple hours doing yard work. The smoothie was a great pick me up after all the hard work I did. The blackberries I used were frozen. I had flash freeze them because I stockpiled them when they were on sale. Weight Watchers Points Plus = 2 Points
Blackberry Coconut Smoothie
- 16 oz coconut milk
- 1 cup frozen blackberries or 1 1/2 cups fresh blackberries
- 1/2 banana
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Place all ingredients in blender.
- Mix well for a couple minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
You can use more or less of honey and cinnamon to your taste preference.
