    Cherry Banana Smoothie is so refreshing and energizing! A great way to start your day!

    Cherry Banana Smoothie is perfect if you love cherries. I felt like I was drinking a milkshake when I had this yummy treat. This smoothie was hands down the tastiest smoothie yet. I used frozen cherries that I had in the freezer. If you want to learn how to flash freeze fresh fruit click here.  This delicious smoothie is gluten free and Paleo!  I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! Cherry Banana Smoothie is so refreshing and energizing! A great way to start your day!

    Can You Freeze Spinach

    Can You Freeze Yogurt

    Can You Freeze a Banana

    Can You Freeze Avocado

    Can you freeze melon

    Cherry Banana Smoothie

    This smoothie is as tasty as a milkshake!

    Ingredients

    • 16 oz coconut milk
    • 2 Tablespoons honey
    • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
    • ½ cup frozen cherries or 1 cup fresh cherries
    • 1 banana

    Instructions

    • Place all ingredients into a blender.
    • Blend until smooth.
    • Pour in glass and enjoy.

    Notes

    You can drink half and save the rest in the fridge, but it is best to consume within 1 day.
