Chicken Avocado Spinach Salad is one of my favorite lunch or dinner choices. You can add additional veggies of your choice. It is filled with super foods! I love that it is a healthy and clean choice.
This salad is a gluten free and Paleo lunch option! If you make your own dressing, you will be able to control additives and gluten. If you want a healthy store bough choice, I like Walden Farms (low in sugar and carbs) or Marzetti Simply Dressed would be another choice.

Weight Watchers Points Plus = 9 Points
- Spinach Fresh
- Hard Boiled Eggs sliced
- Sliced Almonds
- Bacon Crumbled optional
- Grilled Chicken chopped
- Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- Avocado sliced
- Cucumbers diced
- Carrots Sliced
- Broccoli optional
- Cauliflower optional
- Sunflower seeds optional
- Add several handfuls of fresh spinach to a plate
- Add grilled chicken, sliced almonds, hard cooked egg, bacon and avocado
- Add balsamic vinaigrette dressing (you can make your own with balsamic vinegar and olive oil and a little lemon juice)
