Do you recommend something else besides the Bob's sauce? We don't have that in my area. Thanks!

You can use any BBQ Sauce - whichever brand you enjoy. Sweet Baby Ray's works well too! We have tried both.

Thank You. I didn't see it either. BBQ Sauce it is! Did you use a 1/4 BBQ sauce?

Hi, Thanks so much for this recipe, it's delicious! I've made it a few times now (use Sweet Baby Rays Bbq sauce, every time). I've switched the veggies around a few times too. Such a simple & versatile meal! Last time I made it with chicken (obviously) potatoes, mushrooms, & greenbeans. Tomorrow it's going to be made with; carrots, potatoes & onions 🙂 Boyfriend says it's one of his favorites & so it's become a major one in the rotation!

Made this tonight. Done it a little different because I didn't 'have the right sauce but made up my own. Was disappointed my carrots were no good so no carrots. The potatoes and meat was very, very good. My hubby cleaned the crock pot...I made green beans with it since we had no carrots. Very easy and nice to have dinner ready.

This is great. I did this and was wonderful. Got me wondering if it would work well with pork chops and green beans. Gonna give it a shot.

Love the idea of this, but have one question about all your one crock pot meals... does the meat have to be thawed or does it go in frozen? Thanks in advance. Totally pinned this.

I'm making this right now. Just wondering do you need to change the cooking time at all. If it's bone in chicken?

What size cooker are these recipes based around please? I'm using a 2.5 qt Crock Pot that seems to cook on the hot side.

I made this once already and boiled my carrots a little bit ahead of time because we really like carrots almost mushy. It turned out very good. I'm making this again tomorrow. My husband and son really enjoyed it also. I think it's a great idea that I never knew could work! Thanks.

I would suggest cutting them into quarters to be sure they cook through.

Yes you can use mushrooms. I would put them in later than the chicken an potatoes for sure. I would suggest whole mushrooms over sliced.
