This Easy Fruit Salad using vanilla pudding mix is DELICIOUS! You have to try it!

Easy Fruit Salad is so simple to make and taste delicious!  All you need is cut-up fruit, box of vanilla instant pudding, pineapple juice and 30 minutes. Once you toss everything together you have to let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let the juices form. I used a fruit platter from Chick-fil-a that is part of their Chick-fil-a Catering Menu.

This Easy Fruit Salad using vanilla pudding mix is DELICIOUS! You have to try it!

When you first mix all the ingredients together it will be gritty, but after 30 minutes in the fridge you will have scrumptious fruit layered in a smooth sauce. I made this for my son's birthday party and it was a huge hit! This Chick-fil-A Catering fruit platter was also large in quantity. I had over 25 people and there was more than enough for everyone.

I love Chick-Fil-A fruit, I always get that in place of fries. Its delish. I've never heard of adding pudding, that sounds yummy. I bet the fruit salad would be a great as a snack after school (or work).

With Spring approaching and summer backyard BBQ's right around the corner, I think this is the easiest and best idea for a pitch-in or get-together. I will definitely try this out.

Fruit salad is my favorite. I could not afford to eat every day though since fruits are so expensive here in Finland. Thanks for sharing such a healthy recipe!

I make and eat a lot of fruit salads. I never thought of using pudding in it. I usually use vanilla yogurt or just honey and lemon juice. Thanks for a new idea.

If you separate the pineapple juice and whisk the pudding mix into it, it will thicken as you mix all the fruits together. Then when you pour the sauce mixture over the fruit, it will not be gritty at all!

So easy and so delicious! I halved the recipe since I only needed a few servings. I also used the comment/suggestion of another and mixed the dry pudding and pineapple juice in a measuring cup before pouring it right over the fruit. It was ready to eat immediately.
