Lazy Cake Cookies is a simple dessert. These bar cookies are so easy to make and with only 4 ingredients you can't beat it! It is a delicious dessert!

This would be perfect for last minute guests or when your hubby comes home and requests you to make food for work 🙂 It is so easy to prepare, and you can often get cake mixes for free or near free.  You want to pin this one for sure!

Best of all you can make this gluten free when you use a gluten free cake mix. It is seriously the easiest dessert to make! I hope you enjoy this as much as we do. It is my go-to recipe for an easy dessert.

I have made these Lazy Day cookies and used Devil's Food cake mix and added mini marshmallows to the mix as well. They were fabulous!
