Simply place the roast in bottom of the slow cooker. Add beef broth, then sprinkle seasonings on top. Place lid on top and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Remove and serve. The recipe says to let it cook on low for 8 hours, but you can easily let it go for 10 hours if your schedule needs it to with work or activities. Slow Cooker Montreal Chuck Roast
- 3-5 lb chuck roast
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 Tbsp McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Minced Onion
- Place roast in bottom of the slow cooker.

- Remove and serve.
