This easy, delicious Slow Cooker Montreal Chuck Roast recipe is so yummy! I love that I can just dump the ingredients in the crockpot and let it go all day. Simply place the roast in bottom of the slow cooker. Add beef broth, then sprinkle seasonings on top. Place lid on top and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Remove and serve. It is that simple and made with all natural healthy ingredients that are limited in processing.
The recipe says to let it cook on low for 8 hours, but you can easily let it go for 10 hours if your schedule needs it to with work or activities. Perfect for those busy days when you are on the go all day long. Best of all this is a low carb recipe. If you are following the Keto Diet you will love this one! It is also naturally gluten free, Whole 30 compliant and paleo.

The simple ingredients that you need is a chuck roast, beef broth, McCormick Montreal Steaks Seasoning and minced onions. Believe me that these four simple ingredients create a very flavorful meat. Perfect for dinner and most any side dishes will go with it. I love to serve fried potatoes, sweet corn and rolls with the Slow Cooker Montreal Chuck Roast, but you can serve your family’s favorites with it. If you are eating low carb I suggest zoodles or riced cauliflower. If you are eating whole 30 or Paleo I suggest a baked sweet potato.
Be sure to give this delicious Slow Cooker Montreal Chuck Roast a try, you will not be disappointed at all! It is soon to become a family favorite. It is one for us. A little too much Montreal, ours turned out extremely salty…we could barely eat it! Will try again but with less seasonings
