Strawberry Banana Almond Smoothie is a great way to start your morning or as an afternoon treat! This Smoothie is so refreshing and good for you. I love to make a smoothie in the morning for breakfast or after a workout. Smoothies are also great for that mid afternoon snack time! I often make one before I head to school to pick up the boys from extra curricular activities. This strawberry banana almond smoothie is also naturally gluten free!
I love to freeze ingredients for my smoothies! It saves me time and money! I can find fruits on managers special and then freeze them and that extends my budget because I am not spending as much to make them and I like the consistency of the frozen fruit when I make the smoothie. It is a win/win for sure! Be sure to give this recipe a try.
Strawberry Banana Almond Smoothie
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
- 8 oz almond milk
Place all ingredients into blender and mix well.
Mix until smooth or your desired consistency.
Pour in cup and enjoy!
