I love this Watermelon Smoothie recipe! It is so light and refreshing on a hot summer day! I love to drink this after I exercise or when I am lounging by the pool. You can make it as a frozen version by simply freezing your watermelon before you blend or just add a few ice cubes! I hope you enjoy this easy smoothie recipe as much as I do. Best of all it is healthy and there is no sugar added in this gluten free treat.
Weight Watchers Points Plus = 2 Points
- 3 cups cubed Watermelon
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 tsp Lime Juice
- fresh mint garnish
Add watermelon, coconut water and lime juice to blender. Blend until smooth.
Garnish with lime.
If you want it to be slushy you can freeze your watermelon first or you can add a couple ice cubes.
