Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients
  • 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • ¼ Teaspoon Pepper

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Place the asparagus in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with the olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper.
  5. Roll the asparagus spears for 10 minutes until tender, testing with a fork to determine doneness.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the cheese.
  7. Return to the oven and bake until the cheese melts.
  8. Serve hot.
  9. ***The asparagus may be seasoned with salt-free herb blends.
