Crockpot Beef Stew is one of my favorite comfort foods. This amazing slow cooker recipe is full of flavor. I serve this with corn bread and it was a huge success! I would suggest freezing it without the potatoes. They will turn gray in color if you freeze them. They are fine to eat but they won’t look pretty and do effect the texture a bit. Just prepare some fresh potatoes and add to this dish if you decide to freeze.
