This Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Fat Bomb Recipe is one of my favorite little treats while following the Ketogenic diet plan. I love knowing that I can have something that helps me curb cravings without going off plan! These are perfect for low carb days too if you are not Keto but following a Low Carb eating plan. Love this a special treat when I am carb cycling.
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Fat Bomb Recipe
There are tons of options out there for fat bombs, but I like something that doesn’t feel like I am eating a ton of fat. I love the idea of something light and airy, and this is a perfect recipe for that. I focus on adding some healthy fats and proteins into my diet while also giving me the sweetness I am looking for in a treat.
Note: I use Lily’s Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips, but you can use any brand that works well with your daily macros
Ingredients for Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Fat Bomb Recipe
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup no sugar added peanut butter
1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
1/8 cup Swerve Sweetener
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions for Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Fat Bomb Recipe
In a chilled stainless steel bowl, beat whipping cream until soft peaks form.
Gently fold in peanut butter, Swerve, and vanilla extract until mostly combined.
Sprinkle in sugar-free chocolate chips and fold so just mixed.
Scoop into silicone muffin pan or muffin pan lined with cupcake liners.
Place covered in freezer for two hours.
Remove from freezer, and pop out of the silicone muffin pan or remove in liners.
Place in a large freezer bag or container and keep frozen until ready to eat.
