An easy one dish meal that your kids will love!

Coney Cups are a quick and easy meal.  Our kids love them!  We live in the heart of Cincinnati Chili so that is why this recipe calls for Skyline or GoldStar however feel free to substitute with any canned or homemade chili.. This is an easy recipe that is sure to be a family favorite!

Ingredients

  • Canned Biscuits
  • Skyline or Gold Star Chili
  • Hot Dogs
  • Onion, Optional
  • Shredded Cheese

Instructions

  1. Take biscuits and form them into the bottom muffin pans
  2. Add chili of choice
  3. Add sliced hot dogs and then top with onions and shredded cheese
  4. Bake in the oven 12-15 minutes (use temperature on the biscuit package)

    Sounds like something I want to try. I barbeque a lot so I can take these out to the pool for my grand kids to snack on while the food is on the pit.

    I would make these just with homeade chili instead of canned and organic hot dogs. I love kid friendly fun recipes that I wouldnt mind eating! 🙂
