Peanut Butter Cups

Peanut Butter Cups is a family favorite at our house that my Mother-In-Law makes for Christmas every year!  We love it!  However it would make a great treat anytime of the year!  You could even make these in muffin cups if you wanted too!

Peanut Butter Cups
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1½ cup peanut butter
  • 12 oz.chocolate chips
  • 1½ stick melted butter
  • 1 lb. Powdered sugar
  1. Combine everything but chocolate chips.
  2. Press into 9x13 pan.
  3. Melt chips and spread on top.
  4. Refrigerate until set.
  5. Cut and enjoy!

  6. These do look yummy. I made homemade peanut butter cups once. I don’t recall exactly, but I do remember a double boiler, and you mix chocolate and peanut butter together for the filling. The outter layer (like a real cup) is just chocolate. I think it was more layered like this one though as opposed to a filling.
